The Wind Park is the Eco's first available form of energy production. Power is used to maintain production efficiency.
It has no effect on the Ecobalance but production decreases from proximity to other windmills, including Offshore Wind Parks. This penalty is proportional to how much influence radius is shared, to a minimum of 35% production.
Ark Upgrades can be used to make a Wind Park have no influence area. They can be stacked right next to one another very tightly (and for a reduced cost additionally), giving a massive bonus in the early game until a better source of power is unlocked.
