The computer virus from the Virago has infected F.A.T.H.E.R.'s systems. The super AI has disabled C.O.R.E. and then submerged. Without Energy and stricken by a series of incidents, the City can scarcely function. Prof. Devi has asked representatives of Global Trust and Eden Initiative to come to the scene of these events. They must be persuaded that only if they join forces can F.A.T.H.E.R. be stopped.

Select the marked Building to make contact with Lester. He is trying to restore the Energy supply to his computer center, and urgently needs some Uranium to do it. Prof. Devi suggests you restore the Energy supply in order to access the data in the computer center. The data will reveal the location of three Islands in located in the top of the map.

"The data from the computer center could not only provide information about the theft, but also about the F.A.T.H.E.R.." | |

To save time, instantly shutdown the Fuel Rod Production plant. There will be 5t Uranium in each of the Mines but it will be wasted as well as your time if the plant is active, it uses 10t Uranium. You need 13t Uranium, 3 for Lester and another 10 if you want to get Ships Offered by Rufus Thorne to help fight F.A.T.H.E.R. in a later Quest. You will also need to build a form of power on the Island.

The player will receive the data protocol from the last few hours. Prof. Devi finds out that F.A.T.H.E.R. has stolen Uranium, and wants you to confront Mr. Thorne about it. This is where the player will really start to drive into the meat of the Mission.
Mr. Thorne says he is prepared to give you a few Ships if you pay the transfer costs. If you are low on Credits, and/or have an abundance of Goods, this can be beneficial.
Prof. Devi is asking you to go out and find out more about F.A.T.H.E.R.'s plan. These are the 3 Islands mentioned early. Each have different parameters that must be met in order to come under the players control and further accomplish your Quests.

Depending on how the player has played the campaign up to this point, this may or may not be worth it to the player. This will depend on what kind of fleet you built prior. F.A.T.H.E.R. has many Choppers and Commando Ships, so the player should have a fairly good sized Fleet.
This is the most heavily guarded Island. It is being protected by 5 Commando Ships plus 2-4 arriving after an attack has started and 2 Choppers with 2-4 to follow. There are two options for bringing this Island under the players control; Waging War or Stealth.
War: With a force of 5 Vipers, Drones deployed (Shortcut Default 'D' Key) and 5 Commando Ships, the player can handle the enemy forces at the Island. Be careful not to go after the Turrets until F.A.T.H.E.R.'s Fleet has been destroyed.
Stealth: To the north of the island is an opening in the gate. Use the Trimarans Scout Drone to seize control of the Island.
Simply destroy 2 Defense Turrets, and 1 Mobile Defense Turret and then build a Warehouse on the Islands small amount of coastline. Done.
