The Repair Dock repairs damaged buildings and ships within its radius. It is essential to a port, providing a means of keeping ships operational. The Repair Dock also has Fire Extinguishing Units which will kick into action if a building inside its influence area catches on fire (both sea and land buildings), just like the repair docks of NPCs.
Note: as with Patch 1.04, the upkeep costs for this building have been lowered.
