Roads come in various forms. The most basic Road, available immediately to both factions, costs 5 credits per tile. Road and Highway tiles can be upgraded to higher tiers, in which case only the difference will be charged.
Highway[]
Unlocked with the first Engineer for both Ecos and Tycoons or your first Lab Assistants, highways cost 20 credits per tile, and all vehicles such as goods transports, police cars, ambulances and fire trucks move faster on them.
Green Boulevard[]
Double Green Boulevard
The Green Boulevard is unlocked with the first settled Eco Engineer, and costs 30 credits per tile. This road gives the same speed increase to vehicles as highways. Sometimes Yana Rodriguez improves relations between you and her after creating it.
Banes Avenue[]
Double Banes Avenue
The Banes Avenue is unlocked with the first settled Tycoon Engineer, and costs 30 credits per tile. This road gives the same speed increase to vehicles as highways.

The F.A.T.H.E.R. Promenade is unlocked with 1 settled Lab Assistant, it costs 35 credits per tile. This road gives the same speed increase to vehicles as highways.
AquaRail-Connection[]
Unlocked with the first settled Lab Assistant, AquaRail-Connections are exclusive to the Techs and costs 30 credits per tile. They are used for the connection of buildings on underwater islands.
